1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wishified, a platform operated by WISHIFIED LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

2. Platform Role

Wishified acts as a digital multi-vendor marketplace connecting Customers with independent third-party Sellers. We facilitate transactions but are not the manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of the goods.

3. The "Wish & Quote" System

  • Creating a Wish: You may submit a "Wish" specifying occasion, budget, location, and items.
  • Quotes: Sellers can review Wishes and submit Quotes (bids).
  • Acceptance: Accepting a Quote creates a binding contract between you and the Seller to fulfill that exact order at the agreed price.

4. Order Lifecycle

Your orders (Bookings) move through states: Created, Accepted, Preparing, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. Customers are responsible for tracking these states and ensuring availability during delivery.

5. Loyalty Points & Coupons

  • Points: You can earn points on purchases. Points expire 6 months after the earn date.
  • Coupons: We offer PLATFORM and SELLER coupons. Discounts applied to an order are split between coupon values and points redeemed.
  • Referral: Users may earn a referral bonus by successfully inviting others using their Referral Code.

6. Payments

All payments, transactions, and payouts are processed securely through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways and authorized banking partners.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to submit false, abusive, or illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property & Liability

All Platform content, branding, and intellectual property are the property of WISHIFIED LLP. We are not liable for the quality of items purchased from third-party Sellers.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting an email request to support@wishified.com. Wishified reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or abusing platform coupons.
